Dr. Johnson has earned board certification in internal medicine, pulmonary medical and critical care medicine, all from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to moving to Tennessee, he served at Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, TX; Fort Rucker Aviation General Hospital in Fort Rucker, AL; and William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX. Dr. Johnson has served on numerous medical mission trips, serving in Haiti, Mexico, East Africa, Peru, and the Dominican Republic. His current interests including reading, travel, and religious and philosophical study.
