Since we owned our 18 Ford Explorer, we never had a reported accident. However, we are humans, and we dented the Left side door frame and the Right side by trying to back up using the rear sensors.... which don't recognize a rural mailbox and post. So, to make the great car look better we took it to Pogue's based on a referral by a friend. The repair was excellent and was AWESOME. All of our errors had vanished. The car was straight, shiny and looked like new. They do GREAT work, and we were happy at how quickly they had it done. I have a classic Olds I am restoring at home and while it might still be a year or two, Pogues is the first place I will go for an estimate. Thanks!

I will never use another Bodyshop but Pogue's. Donnie has repaired many vehicles for me and I have not been disappointed. I have referred other customers to his Bodyshop knowing he will take care of them. He is there for the customer, and I really appreciate that.

This was the fourth time I've had a vehicle at Pogue's Body Shop and as always they didn't disappoint. Donnie and his family go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of and leave happy. They have also done work for 5 other family members of mine which also love Pogue's. Highly recommend you taking your vehicle here and not one of the other shops around town that just want to make the insurance companies happy. Thank you to Donnie and your family for the awesome service you provide to the people here in Murfreesboro.

Not sure what's changed over the years but Donnie (the owner) is lucky my wife didn't press assault charges for his behavior. She took her car in to repair damage from a hit and run, didn't know we'd have the same experience from the repair shop!



This is a long story but the highlights are first his inability to evidently understand the insurance process by complaining if he'd get paid and goes into having to rework the car after the first time it was "ready". The second time was not any better as the bumper is still not flush nor lining up as it should. Well this must have hurt his feelings because every excuse came out and he refused to do anything else with it saying the car had prior damage, well if it did they did a better job repairing it than he did.



In the end the car will have to go to another shop to fix it properly. I've already filed a complaint with my insurance company to pull him from their list of approved shops and I recommend you do the same.
