I called them about a side mirror and found them to be very helpful and answered my questions very quickly and efficiently. If you don't care about a lot of fluff but need quick answers, these are the people to call. SR

Their ad says "If we don't have it...We will find it !! ". Well that is not true. They told me we don't have it, and when I asked if they could find one for me, they said we deal with a lot of parts and we cannot find it. It sounds like their ad is not accurate and they are not polite to their customers.
