I contacted this company around 10am to see if they could assist me with getting my husband bonded. Since my husband wasn't going to be released until later that night. The man advise I will go ahead, take down your information and he will Get the information he needs from the Detention Center, so all you need to do is call back a hour before he is released just to make sure they have the information that is needed. I ended up calling back a HOUR and A HALF before he should be released. The guy I spoke to acted as if he didn't know I was talking about, and was too busy. He told me to call another person that works for their company. I contacted that person, he was very rude and snappy. Told me he couldn't come up there because he is 4 hours away and to call someone else. In the meantime while waiting for my new bonds person to come(PATTERSON BAIL BOND-I highly recommend them. Ask for Heather) I see a truck pull up with Scotts Hurst. Sounded like the same rude guy. This was less than an hour-to 1 1/2 hours from when I talked to him. Which would have been 30 minutes after my husband would have been released. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
