My vehicle has been illegally towed by this company. I informed them of this BEFORE they ever hooked to my vehicle. they proceeded to do so anyway! why? so they could say that I needed to pay a "drop fee" or they'd take it to their lot. by the way they are renting it from the apartment owner, which they are not supposed to do either. she has signed off a bunch of tickets so that she's not there in person to do it- again, ILLEGAL. they informed me very rudely that there wasn't a thing I could do about it. Archie seems to have the mentality that he is "untouchable" and cannot be stopped. he expected me not to know the rules and just hand him over the money. NOT HAPPENING! his job is to tow people parked here without a pass. not wait, watch and act like he's going to tow someone while they get it from the person they're staying with! my car wasn't even parked long enough for my auto- head lights to cut off. but the woman with me informed me that it wasn't common sense that if she saw them on AND my engine was still hot, that I had just parked. they watched me park! they were very rude, on top of the fact that they did the job wrong.

Did you ever stop to think that they booted you for parking in a NON VISITOR parking space? Seems a little obvious to me that that is the reason you got booted. Then you turn around and do it AGAIN while crying about it.

I don't think that anyone is "hiding out", they are doing the job that the apartment complex is asking them to do....which is to boot and/or tow people that do not obey the parking rules, which you and your wife did not.

The only "sleezy" thing going on here is you posting this idiotic rant about people doing their job. I'm sure you do whatever job you are supposed to be doing, don't you? That's what I thought, so take it like a man and get over it.

This towing company has got to be one of the best. I live in Murfreesboro and I drove to Chattanooga to pick up my two grandsons. My mother, who is disabled, rode with me. My vehicle broke down on the way back, approximately 50 miles from home. I wanted a towing company from Murfreesboro and ATC Towing was recommended. As I said, my mother is disabled and the gentleman who was driving the truck, physically, picked my mother up and placed her in the front seat. They loaded my vehicle and returned us all to Murfreesboro. They were so kind and so professional. They made certain we all got home and were safe. Their prices are more than fair. I've been towed before and let me tell you; this one was a "PLEASANT EXPERIENCE." I more than highly recommend this towing business. Betty Campbell
