I live out of state and was looking for a dentist for my elderly mother. I chose Dr. Rather based on reviews, location and expertise. From the first visit with Dr. Rather, my mom and I were very comfortable and happy with the staff and Dr. Rather. Doc explained everything to my mom so she understood what he was doing and gave her opportunities to ask questions and fully understand what needed to be done. Anyone who is responsible for elder care and needs a dentist, I recommend making an appointment with Dr. Rather. You will not be disappointed.

My wife has been going to Dr. Rather since she was a young girl, and know I go there too. This says a lot since my close relatives are dentists. Dr. Rather and his staff are friendly and professional.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Rather's office for over 10 years. The office personnel are very nice, professional, and I should mention forgiving if I'm running late for an appointment. The wait time is not long, and get in and out within a half hour at the most for a standard checkup. Dr. Rather is very nice and answers all my questions if I have any. He does the best he can to clean my teeth and fix the once in a while cavity. I feel like he does actually care about me as well as my teeth, and would recommend him to anybody.
