There mean cruil and rob you of your money they never keep track of if your half fair and they don't care if they put you in a ny danger what so ever my wife and I took the bus one day and the guy drove so rough because we had to sit there and wait till he figured out if we had half fair and a half hour waiting time to cancel is way to long to be charged it should be 15 min at the least to cancel before being charged I've always been nice to these people but there constantly doing theses things
