CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

Today I have witnessed a post office clerk lock a door on a customer & myself including BEFORE 6:00 pm. Even though we were able to get through the exit door, neither clerk nor manager were customer friendly. Clerks paid no attention to us because it was already past 6:00 pm. Before giving us our letters, manager:
- yelled at us for getting in through the exit door
- questioned other clerk ( right in front of all us) at what time door was locked. Not an effective approach, unless one is trying to set employees against each other.
- tried to defend her employee by referring that door is locked according to the time indicated on a special clock/machine. When asked what time it was showing, she said she couldn't tell because it was off.

Even if door was locked beforehand, this sutuation could have been handled better.

Employees need to care about customers and not just watch the clock. I wonder what's my next experience at the post office be like. I can't wait to get back there.

Could care less about anyone who enters.

this is the worst office they have no customer service skills and there web page doesn't even let me file a missing package claim for the past 3 or 4 days i have called so they can help me with this and they don't do anything all they keep saying is go online well what are the post office clerks there for then
