I just had my 2010 Subaru Forester up there for service. They did an amazing job in fixing her up!! I travelled up to their business from State College, PA will definitely continue to do business with them.

How thankful I am to have found this small town garage! My check engine light came on, the dealership I bought it from with their warranty-- wanted to charge me to check the light, I needed to get my oil changed anyway and MRW was having a deal on oil change and tire rotation so I went in and asked if they'd check on that for me. Not only did they check it for me, they quoted me a price the worst case scenario it would be and sat down and explained it to me. Great customer service, and service all around! They also offer a car care club which is totally worth looking into getting! :)

We had a very good experience. People friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Avoid These People!!



Generally dishonest business practices.

I referred a friend and they charged him multiple times to "fix" the same problem with his van which is still not fixed. He will never go back.

After quoting me $80 to tow my trailer and then billing me $180, they billed me for a failed inspection on same trailer when they knew in advance it would fail and that I wanted work done. Their response "how would we know what need to be done unless we inspected it?" and " we won't charge you if you have the work done" I think it's called an estimate!

I guess the $3,000 they bled me for to work on my car wasn't enough.

They have absolutely no interest in maintaining a relationship with customers.

So do yourself a favor and avoid these people. I wish I had.
