Sugarbush is an older apartment complex, now 35 yrs old, but it is maintained well. Whenever I have a problem, the maintenance staff are at my door within a few hours, especially if it is something important like a broken AC unit or leaking toilet. The complex is incredibly quiet and you are close to everything in Muncie. I love living by the trees, I feel like I'm living in the country without being so far away from town. I've lived here for 9yrs and love it!
