I believe this is a scam and a fraud. Always delayed, makes a lot of excuses for it and so unprofessional. One time an old guy came to me asking for a job claiming he is Charles then one day another younger guy came saying he is Charles (I don't know what's going on). Finally, after several run arounds (because I already paid the old guy but no job was done), something was done. Though not what I paid for, but better than nothing. These type of people you don't wanna invite to your home. Something is going on in this "company" I just can't tell yet which one is a fraud. I should have asked for an ID but I was just too shocked with what was going on. Never do business with these people.
