I ordered flowers through 1-800-flowers for a Christmas gift to my mother in law. The arrangement that was delivered to her did not look anything like what I believed I had ordered. It had 4 blooms along with a big bunch of what appeared to be hedge clippings. So embarrassed and I will never order online again
