Land holds water when it rains, gate codes change according to the moods of "MANAGEMENT". Dont plan on having any visitors if you become a resident...because an extra vehicle parked in YOUR driveway is a big NO-NO, unless u are an ELITE, or FA ORITE in the park...and if u have any problems, maintenance, plumbing, etc...u are on your own..fedupinDanglerscove

The water will constantly be turned off. You will have to go days without water. The pool is shut down every summer so management can save money.
