The worse experience ever on black friday. Two employees two weeks before told myself and the person I was with that the first 12 people in the store on black friday get a new phone for 1 cent. We were the first two in line at 6:20 am. The clueless manger came out to tell us the "rules", only one phone per account / plan. When I challenged the "rules" the manager called the owner and even though two of his employees told us we could get a phone he said no. When a bad manager is a result of a bad business policy they all look bad and customers get mad. When we went in, the person we worked with said two weeks ago we all thought that everyone got one and I asked what changed. Clueless again ??

Lucky for US Cellular, the person I called to complain about WIRELESS & LESS, sorry MORE, did understand and got us two phones.

So, do not go here as they really do not care about you and have NO power to make a good decision about customer satisfaction.
