The teller was unprofessional and forgot to deposit one of my checks.

I am very disappointed with the loan department and the employee who takes care of loans. He is very passive and doesn't give info or option when I asked him questions about refinancing. He has an attitude and he is very unprofessional. Worse of all when I mention this issue to another employee she said that he gets along with others and maybe it's personality issue. That is totally wrong! There shouldn't be any personality conflict at all. He needs to be nice and professional to all customers. There shouldn't be any preference. He needs to do his job and be polite to all customers. I live very close to this bank in Mukilteo and I have been a customers for many years and now I have to go to another Chase bank farther to talk to another banker about refinancing which is very inconvenient for me. With this being said I think the bank should provide me with another banker at that location.
