I don’t write reviews often but decided to do one for Johe (pronounced Joey) with Silicon Valley Appliance Service and Repair because of the exceptional quality of his work.

Our six-year-old Whirlpool all electric oven was taking forever to heat up and when the display said that it achieved temperature, the oven was just warm and not hot. So, we knew something was wrong but couldn’t figure out what the problem was.

Johe came highly recommended and we called him late in the afternoon and were able to schedule him for the next morning. He arrived right on time.

Johe quickly diagnosed the oven problem and explained to us what was involved in making the repair to the oven. His pricing was both transparent and reasonable.

You can tell Johe loves what he does, he has an attention to detail and follow through that is rare for appliance repair technicians. He even fixed the control nob that was loose.

He is both personable and professional and have already referred him to friends and family.

Last night, we used the oven for the first time since the oven repair and what a difference! The oven heated quickly and cooked the baked potatoes efficiently and perfectly.
