My experience with Master Plumbing & Sewer has been horrible.



Here's the story.

I called them to have the washing machine faucets replaced. Very easy job, 10 minutes tops. The faucets are in plain view, chest level, straight forward, anyone can do it, granted you have the right tools. Unscrew the old, screw back in the new and you're done.



The guy they sent to do the job, did it in even less time. He replaced both faucets in less than 4 minutes.



Total charge: $176.00!!!



Robbery!



Here's how he did it.

He showed up at 9:25am but began counting from 9:00am because they charge travel time. He came into the house to check out the faucets and a couple of minutes later, he said he would go shut off the water. He left the house and came back 50 minutes later. Yes, you heard me right, 50 MINUTES later!!! It was already 10:15am when he came back and he said he needed even more time to shut off the water, so he left again. Another 30 MINUTES went by before he showed up again. At 10:45am, he finally shut off the water. He replaced the faucets, re-opened the water, a little chat while he tested the washer, and by the time he handed the invoice over to me, it was already 11:00am! He charged me 2 FULL HOURS LABOR!!! That's how I got robbed by Master Plumbing, and I have the invoice to prove it in case you doubt my story.
