Terribly slow service. If you need your car for work or for anything important be forewarned that Sampson (Owner of Jim's Clinic ) may tell you one thing but does something else. A couple of weeks turned into months. Never finished job. Why because the one thing that needed fix turned into oh your so & so needs replaced or this part is broken it needs to be replaced too. If you are a single Woman with little to no knowledge of car repair, don't go to this guy. He will scam you & lie. Honestly believe that he may even be creating all of things or parts that you never had a problem with before is suddenly has a hole or is worn or broken. Make sure you see receipt of parts he said car needed. Did he really get a new one or just cleaned up old part that really wasn't broken. And put it back in your car. Not all mechanics are Honest or in it to line their wallet, with any means necessary.

Scam!

Do not let Sampson ruin your car and then offer you $100 for scrap parts. My car was there for 7 weeks for a simple issue, and he couple destroyed my car!

I have taken each of my vehicles to Jim's for minor and major fixes, suspension, and engine work. Every time, I am treated will great customer service and never disappointed. To save me money, they went to a junk yard for a perfectly operational suspension arm, and they have never charged an outrageous mark up on any new parts required (unlike other shops in this town).

I highly recommend Jim's!
