Friendly! Kind! Honest! Punctual! Professional!
My story:
I am a 34 year-old Bachelor's-prepared RN who initially sought Dr. Steffen's advice on bothersome symptoms of both feet: pain, a clicking sensation in the underside of the feet when walking, low tolerance to wearing heels, numbness and tingling. I had heard of Morton's Neuroma, and we pursued anti-inflammatory medication injections into both feet. After a short time, I returned, questioning Dr. Steffen about other options, as the injections seemed to bring no relief. Surgery was our next decided treatment, and I am now about a week post-op, doing extremely well! As a healthcare professional, I really appreciate Dr. Steffen's honest, straightforward manner. He is well-versed and confident in his field. His staff is warm and friendly. He does his own closing sutures during operation, and they look extrordinary. He was punctual at appointments-both pre surgery and after. I felt cared for, safe, and confident in his genuine desire treat me! If you are having "foot issues", please do yourself a favor and see him! (I am still in my surgical boot, but getting around comfortably. Some bruising. No bleeding. Already feeling some relief after the neuroma was removed!)
