the owner (I believe Brian) came out in 2014 and gave me a good price on re-seeding my lawn, and mowinf every other week, the price was fair and brian did good work on the maintenance of the lawn. When he re-seeded the lawn initially he did good, but as the grass grew in there was some noticable bare spots and remaining weeds. He said this was typicall and next year in the spring he would be back out to patch seed the bare spots and lay down something to eliminate the remaing weeds. after two phone calls and a text I heard nothing back from brian, I was very polite and left very professional voice mails for him to kindly return my call. i sent one more text and his repsonse said it all.



I asked if he was coming out te reseed my lawn like he promised, and his response was: "I can't get anyting done answering the phone".... "I will spot seed in but you will need to find another company to take care of your lawn".



My response: I understand, but a phone call to tell me this would have been nice. when do you plan on coming out? i'll find another lawn care for maintenance.



his response: "really guess it didnt rain at your house. if we would have reseeded it would have washed out. guess you know more than me".



The problem wasnt him not reseeding the lawn early, the problem is he has poor communication skills and doesnt know how to be organized to return a already paid customers phone calls (2-in two weeks, not over-bareing). All I wanted was confirmation he would return and complete the job.



I would recommend a better company that assures you it will complete the job and give you an approximate time of completion for the spring.









After this review, the owner came to my home, and verbally threatened that he was going to see me out and when he does he was going to knock me out, he flicked me off, cursed several times, and even his own employee told him to calm down. I called the Sheriff and the sheriff came out and took a statement from both of us, I quote the sheriff: "if my lawn looked like that I would be upset too". I was "accused" of running my mouth, and this merited him to beat my door, curse, make assaults, and then threatening me that he would find me out and knock me out. fortunatley I had several neighbors working outside that heard the verbal threats. I would avoid this company, and owner. Never had this happen in my life.
