My daughter is being stalked and harassed on a daily basis. Has a restraining order that no one will enforce. Her stalker is Christopher Tanner a convicted sex abuser that she was once involved with but left a year ago and since that time he follows her, calls her hundred times a day, threatens, never gives her any peace and the law does nothing. One of them is going to kill the other unless something is done yet the law seems to favor the criminal versus the woman and her children. Hundreds if calls have been mad yet you do nothing but do prosecute her when she strikes back. Her name is Carlyn Schmidt and she is no angel but she does not deserve this. I am calling all I can to let them know that Skagit county does not care about the stalking laws til someone dies.
