I started service Oct 1 to Jan 1 using there bags service.
They rolled over there service for another 3 months with out invoice me. Charged me for a late fee when i didn't even renew there services. Miss 2 of 7 pick ups and stated they were sorry and would be back to get it but never came back. Also I received a collection calls when I did not even get invoiced. If they would have sent an invoice I would have called and cancelled earlier. When I ask them to clear this up but since i didn't call before start date of service i still owed.I paid over phone just to keep there poor service from messing up my credit. signed unhappy customer.

Around 11am (on 4/21/16), this company's truck blocked a private drive (the only exit for many people) when it could have pulled forward or backed up to dump several recycling bins. As I patiently waited despite their inconsideration, the man dumping the garbage into the truck glared at me and then aggressively screamed at me, demanding I tell whoever owned one of the bins that it was for recycling. Not only do I not deserve to be yelled at about someone else's trash as I patiently try to leave my home, how would I know whose trash it was and how is this an acceptable way of treating anyone, let alone a woman who patiently waits to leave her home? If it happens again, I will advocate for our area to go with a new company.



Why anyone would disrespect and scream at a lady, let alone while representing their company, about trash that is not hers (as she patiently waits) is incomprehensible. I’m not sure what these people are paid or how they are trained, but this was unacceptable.
