My parents had a seasonal site there this year. I went once and never went back. The owner was rude and stuck her nose in the air when she was introduced to me. They sent my mom a note that she is not allowed back because she had too many grandkids there. They were all listed on the contract and it was discussed with owner before even signing the contract.. Spots were so small and NO parking. It's a big party campground with lots of drunk people. Beware tho because they will make comments to people of their choosing about being drunk. Don't waste your money. Find a more friendly campground. I'd give less stars but it won't let me.

worst campground ever

Not a family orientated campground everyone is drunk and the activities are a joke. No organization at all.

My wife found this campsite 8 ...

My wife found this campsite 8 years ago on the internet. We started off with a pop up and now have a fifth wheel. I towed the pop-up for the first 2 years, after that we went seasonal. Debbie and Scott are great people. The place is really clean and they work hard to keep it that way. Five years ago my son came home on leave from Iraq. they had a banner out front that said welcome home. Not only did they do that but they put American flags all around our campsite, which had my son in tears. All they ask is you live by the rules and they would do any think to help you. I have referred this camp ground to my buddy's. I highly recomend it and look forward to a lot of great more years.

Awful Experience.

Worst camping experience of my life. The staff was incredibly rude to us. One of them even scared everyone half to death by standing behind my tent. Apparently there are quiet hours but we were all gathered around the campfire talking normally. No one was being loud. Also, the place was incredibly crowded with other campers. Plus there was no where to park. If you did park anywhere you were blocking all paths. There are many more people-friendly campsites I would prefer to go to.

We are a family-oriented campground. Our quiet hours are strickly enforced. All we ask is that our guests respect the campground, their neighbors and nature.

worst camping experiance ever

Mount Pocono campgrounds was by far the worst campgrounds i have ever been to.I stayed there in late july for 2 nights with my family. The staff was rude and uninviting. The sites were so small we couldnt fit a tent and a picnic table. Also the picnic table that was provided was so badly rotted it was unusable .The first night we were there we found an employee of the campground hiding behind our tent watching our every move. The fat women at the front desk was too busy shoving a sandwich down her throat to check us in upon arrival so we had to wait 20 min and watch her finish before she asked if we needed help. I advise anyone considering this place to think again.

dirty place , rude staff and they tried to take my $50.00 cash security deposit because we forgot to pick up 1 bottle cap and a cough drop wrapper and poured a galon of water on the ground. Stay somewhere else. This place was the worst in my 30 years of camping in the Poconos

The best decision I ever made! Couldn't have made a better decision.

The owners are wonderful people. Very friendly and always willing to help their campers when needed. The campground is kept clean and very beautiful. This campground is a great location for families to enjoy quality family time. The price for staying at the campground is very reasonable. The campground offers yearly sites, seasonal sites and overnight sites for campers and motor homes. They also offer sites for tenters. There is one pool, a game room, and a bath house close to the camp store. Anyone who stays at the campground will come away with a great experience.
