Can't say enough good things about this place! They have knowledgeable and friendly mechanics that will literally go out of their way to help you out. I will always take my cars here--it's inexpensive, fast, and reliable! You really can't ask for better mechanics!

I was just looking up the phone number and saw that Zips only had one review and it was a negative. I had to pipe in.



I don't trust mechanics. For just reasons, I always feel like I am being taken to the cleaners.



While I don't "enjoy" taking my car to Zips (I mean, when is it pleasurable to take your car in for service?), I do trust the man. Craig has always done an exceptional job taken care of our vehicles - he quotes a job and communicates up front his level of confidence in completing the job and solving the problem along with the price - even if it means sending us to the competition to take care of a job he does not have the equipment to properly complete a job. This speaks volumes, in my opinion.



That's it. Take it for what it's worth.

EXTREMELY DISHONEST. Charged for parts and labor that were never performed. Refused to make good on the problem when brought to their attention.
