I naturally have dark hair, almost black as you can see in the first picture. I went to see Mark and asked him for "caramel highlights." I also said I needed a trim and wanted long layers. Currently, on the top of my head I have blonde highlights and colors of red throughout my head. I do not have any layers, and he cut off way more than he should have. I had to go to another salon, where one of the stylists said my hair looked like a "rainbow," and that is was poorly done. I do not know how I went in to get simple caramel highlights and ended up with several different colors. When cutting my hair, he did not ask how I even parted it, did not show me swatches of color, and I don't have any layers in my hair. My hair actually looks even more dry and frizzy than when I went in. I am very disappointed with this salon and do not recommend coming here. I was done within 40 minutes, while another stylist just took about half of that time to figure out how to correct it, telling me that it will take 3 hours to fix. Now, I have to wait until tomorrow to get this corrected.
