Ugh!! Where do I begin we had our jeep Cherokee redone at this shop. I truly regret ever sending our vehicle there! We had it originally repaired in January of 2016 within a few months we had to take it back���� The second time he had to completely redo the transmission. Even after that it continued to shift hard and we continued getting over drive and transmission warning lights on the dash! We took it back once or twice more but go figure it never acted funny when he test drove it. It recently broke down (August) with more transmission issues. We had it towed to a different mechanic. Stevens transmissions is extremely slow and hard to reach! I've tried contacting the business since it broke down again with transmission issues this week. I have called every day since Monday and left voice mails. He refuses to answer and also refuses to return my phone calls
