Placed an order for a expensive ring while waiting for it to be made I decided not to go with that design. The owner refused to refund my payment said it costs him to much to refund customers and that I was stuck with it. I regret ever going to this small company when others offer a full refund if you are not satisfied. Now I am out thousands on a ring I dont want.
