I take all 4 children and wife there every 6 months for a cleaning, this last appointmnt they gave me some free bleach because I was out. I was suppose to be charged and Dr. Bivins said not to worry about it. I appreciated the gesture.

Dr. Bivens saved me today,was in town for business and broke a filling. Tooth was killin me!!!! Fixed me right up and got me in quickly. They were pretty busy but he said if Id wait a few mintutes he's squeeze me in...Staff was polite and the work was pain free...Now that the numbing has worn off, tooth feels good!! :) Might even come back for cleaning next time in town. Thanks Dr B and staff!

Last Friday my 13 yr old son fell and broke his front tooth while at school. We called around and finally found Dr. Bivins. Thankfully his staff was working that day doing training on the office day off. We called one of the front desk ladies and told him about our son. He was in alot of pain so we needed something done that day. She told me she would call us back in a second and see if they could squeeze us in. She called us a few minutes later and said Dr. Bivens was on the lake but that he would come meet us if we could be there within the hour. He performed a root canal and filling once he got there (in his shorts and Tshirt!! ha)..My son left smiling and told us in the car he liked Dr. Bivens more than our other dentist. Thats all we needed to hear, we have switched my whole to him. If you want someone willing to put his own life on hold on his day off and help you out, then this is your guy!!!! PS: He did apology for being dressed in shorts, but we didnt care--someone willing to come in on his day off having not known us prior really left a great impression on us....Jarrett and I truly believe in giving credit where credit is due...He has our seal of approval!! Great man.

Best dental experience in a long time!! I had to have 3 shots for a few cavities I had, he did a few tricks different from my previous dentist and I didnt feel a single thing!!! Its always been the worst part for me(getting shots)...NOT ANYMORE!!!! He is great and the fillings that were placed are feeling awesome. I've referred multiple people to that office and they have all said the same thing. Glad we found someone my family can trust.

I've been taking my 4 children to Dr. Bivens for 5 yrs now. Previously, we had been going to a dentist that didnt really do much with children. Dr. Bivens and his staff were really good with my daughter Maddie who didnt have a good first experience with a previous dentist. Maddie now LOVES going to see Dr. Bivens. He's really patient with her and always makes her laugh which is very hard to do. We love our dentist now! highly recommend.

I took my daughter to this dentist for almost two yrs. I do not recommend you taking your children to him. He may be ok with adults, but he has NO PATIENCE WITH CHILDREN AT ALL!!!!!!!!! When I took my daughter this last time, the dental assistant cleaned her teeth and ( my daughter has a gag reflex really bad) she had a hard time getting her back teeth cleaned, but did it. Then when Dr. Bivins came in to look at her teeth she started to gag and he jumped up threw his gloves down and started to leave the room just saying he could not see her anymore that she needed to go see a diffrent dentist. He could have said it nicely to me and not just walked out of the room like he did, and I never seen him again. They did not want to even reschedule her next 6 mth appt. This DENTIST IS NOT FOR KIDS...
