Provided by YPmobileA rep named Zach met me at the door was all nice and when I told him what was wrong all he could say was u just need to get a new phone. Didn't look at my phone no more than 3 seconds and that was his fix all.. Seeing as how I'm probably going to have to buy a new phone might as well change providers..
