Take it this is the wrong phone number, or at least not the best one to reach them. I have nothing but great things to say about their service. We have an old house and inevitably something always seems to go wrong on a holiday weekend. But they always send someone out ASAP, fix whatever is wrong quickly & its 100% covered under my service contract. The best oil company I’ve ever dealt with!

I dropped Leffler as my heating oil company almost 2 years ago because the prices were over $4.50 so I took my chances with a cash company and saved $.20 a gallon last year, but WHAT A MISTAKE! I ran out of oil on 2 seperate occasions and they would deliver 100 gallons at a time. When I ran out of oil and tried to call on a Friday night after work, I had to leave a message and wait 5 days to get oil from Schwanger. NOW I went back to Leffler and they gave me a digital thermostat for free and had a great ceiling plan where my price is protected for a year. I had no heat last week and they came out and fixed my boiler within 2 hours. I am so happy I went back to leffler.. will call is a mistake by far.

Ouch, double ouch and oh that smarts! Consumer beware, the name-sake of this company is rolling in his grave. A company that was built on price and service has been reduced to a holding of a New York money machine. Contract for service... be sure you know what is NOT covered before writing that check.Obligation to purchase oil... a service contract customer is not getting the best deal... "will call" customers can do significantly better than you. And do not think you can take advantage of the promotions! They do not apply to "current" customers or "contract" customers... even if solicited by their telemarketing folks!Again... buyer beware!Note... the "RATE IT" would be less than a point on the star!
