Get a lawyer prior to closing. Read your contract. Make sure permits are pulled on all the work being done. Contact the township to make sure all work has permits... Dont move in until all the rehab work is complete. If there are things that are wrong with the house that are unsafe(No heat, leaking roof, and strong sewer smells) call the township. GET A HOME INSPECTION. DON'T let Halo talk you out of any of the things mentioned above. If not..... your going to be dealing with tons on problems and promises.

This company is amazing!!!! I have been a career renter, after my divorce my credit was shocked, thought it would never be possible to own. I saw them advertise on Craigslist, I immediately Googled them, I saw good and bad reviews.
