I brought 3 sweaters for dry cleaning: 2 were dry cleaned properly and the third, an expensive sweater made in Ireland was ruined as it was washed instead of being dry cleaned, despite the fact that the sewn-in label on the sweater clearly said "dry clean only". I have made two attempts in person to have the owner of this business [not the on-site managers] contact me. I even brougt a copy of a picture and price of the sweater to help get the situation rectified but no action on the owner's part to resolve the issue. They have lost a customer.

They clean your clothes to.prefection. The customer is always right. They are cheap and very good. The creases are perfectly in your pants. If you call, Mr. Cohen will wait there until you arrive, or he will take them home if you live near by, even on Sunday, he will meet you at the cleaners. The service is awesome!!

My husband's dress shirts have never been cleaner. We have tried several dry cleaning service and have been satisfied, but not wowed. Cohen Cleaners removed all the stains from the sleeves, ring around the collar and pressed to perfection. We had 1 sports coat dry cleaned, 6 dress shirts (button down) pressed and cleaned, and 1 pr. pants cleaned and hemmed = all for under $30 and next day pick up.
