Returning home after Thanksgiving Cincinnati to Rhode Island 840 mile trip. After driving 155 miles our vehicle croaks north of Columbus on interstate 71. Our van lost power on the interstate but I had just enough left to limp to a Shell station. Then it would not start. It's Saturday. I realized We'd be spending a night or two at the closest hotel which was a Best Western in Mount Gilead. I call the hotel and tell them I'm probably going to be a guest for a couple of nights and can you by chance recommend a mechanic? Mike's towing and repair she said. They came out right away and dropped us and our stuff off at the hotel. Very friendly driver. We had to wait until Tuesday because no one works on Sunday and Monday was a bust just because of my place in line but by Tuesday late afternoon our van was ready for pick-up. Alternator and battery replacement. They only charged me 155.00 for labor. Good friendly honest people of the kind you hope to meet if your ever stranded in or around Mount Gilead OH.

I got stuck on my way to Cleveland. I was introduced to this business through the Best Western Hotel in the area. Turns out I needed an alternator. The gentlemen were so helpful in doing what they could. The problem became intense because I am almost 200 miles from home. Unfortunately no one had what I needed after several attempts of calling. They were not able to get the part until Tue/ Wed of following week. They were so kind and did not make me feel worse after such an ordeal. Special thanks to them all. I won't call names because I don't want to leave anybody out! Thank you so much for your understanding and help towards me.
