I think the other reviews are probably all accurate. They are probably good IF they come out. We had a graduation party that Apex was supposed to provide a tent, tables, chairs, and ice cream cart for. Setup for Saturday was supposed to be Thursday - no show. Friday, no show and no return of phone calls. Saturday (day of party) they said at 8:30 am they were setting up another location and then were coming to our house. 3:30 (starting time of party) they said they were doing our setup the next day. When told the party was starting, Mike said he would see if his guys were available and call me back in 10 minutes. 20 hours later, still no word. Numerous calls were made Friday and Saturday that were not returned, including to the "emergency" number. I suggest looking at the pattern of the months that people were happy and upset with this company and deciding from there on using them.

I truly find this company very remarkable. They were called last minute to set up a few tents, & managed to make it earlier then they said! What a wonderful crew they have. Everyone is so polite & enthusiastic! I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone I know! Great job guys!

Just like the review before me, I don't understand how they would think to say anything of that sort. This is a great company. Did many of our parties for the past 3 years. Did a wonderful job. Always early. Have very clean equipment. Couldn't have asked for a better company.

great guys, they came out a few time to make sure that every thing was the right size and would fit. Its hard to understand where the comments below came from but if you take a deeper look at other ratings that they left they only talk bad about everyone. I have used Apex for 3 years and I cant wait to use them again next year for my sons wedding. clean stuff,

Please dont ever use this company for any kind of party rentals. They were hired for chair rental for a wedding ceremony and these people NEVER showed up! Something as special as a wedding, a once in a life time event and they never showed up. On top of that, Karl the owner I believe, did not answer his phone, finally returned a call after nearly 2 hours passed the time of expected delivery and then said they would be an hour and 45 min late. I am disgusted with this place.

Stay away from these guys. We booked a rental from them and they plain never showed up! No phone call, no nothing. We tried reaching them several times after that by phone to see what happened, but never heard back despite leaving several messages. Unfortunately, too late for us, we heard that they do have a reputation for being unreliable. If I had a the chance to do it over, I wish I had never dealt with them as we were left scrambling to figure out what to do when we realized that they really weren't going to show up. Stay on the safe side and don't risk it with these amateurs.
