Since Memories Charcoal House opened April 12th 1994, our policy has been to provide the community and our regulars with great food, good times, and to be casually entertaining. On January 1st 2009, two of Memories long-time employees, Andrea Stup and Jon Speiser, purchased Memories from their previous employer with the idea of preserving Memories tradition of customer loyalty and community atmosphere. We currently boast record sales, backed up by a new menu, renovations, and and a steady stream of fresh weekly menu specials. Community outreach has been the focus of our business model. We currently host a different charity events with 10% of our daily sales donated back to the community.
