We have both PCs and Macs in our home and they sent us two guys - one with a PC specialty and one with a Mac specialty. The guys were friendly, articulate experts who fixed our issues including our network. Would use them again and again!

I used the yellow pages to located some IT help, and I'm sure glad I did. You never know what you're going to get from service calls and I can happily say I had a wonderful experience. I did not expect such a professional and jovial technician. Thanks Fast-Teks!

I've used FASTEKS several times and they are definitely my "go-to" guys for computer repair!! You definitely get MORE bang for your buck!! They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and provide the best FIX for your problem.

Fasteks technician was really superb. I was afraid I lost everything - the blue screen of death. The response was very quick and the time he took to bring me back on line was much shorter than I imagined. Dluring the trouble shooting he fixed some things that could've ruined my home business. I will definitely call them when I'm in trouble again,.

My son's desktop crashed, had multiple viruses and wouldn't do a thing. I called Fast-teks and talked to a guy by the name of "Brad", I think thats his name, ends up he is the owner. He had someone out that night, they spent less than an hour fixing the problem. The great part about the service is that once the tech was finished, he asked if he could check my other computers, since he was there. They all run faster now. I out there number on the bottom of each computer so I know who to call. The commercial about the guys with the yellow capes really goes to these guys

I called Fast-teks because I was having trouble with my laptop. It appeared that I had a bad virus that had taken over and I was unable to access anything. A friend of mine told me about Fast-teks. True to their name, they came out the same day and resolved the issue. The technician was personable and explained everything to me in simple terms (I am not a computer person). I have not had a problem since. I would highly recommend this company for the Frederick, MD area!
