We hired Sampson's Painters to re-finish our ceilings in our living and dining room, that had horrible water damage and very tacky popcorn texture. They look like the original 1940's ceilings, smooth, egg-shell white and perfectly coved corners. We will hire them again and again for all of our painting needs!
