I came into the shop looking for a speciality piece of hardware for my custom tower and although VGH did not have it in stock, they promptly ordered it for me! The man I spoke to at the front counter was also available to give my insight on my system. I appreciate VGH because it is not just a place when goods are sold, but the employees are interested and knowledgeable about what they are selling.
