You are treated with respect. They make sure all your questions are answered and you understand why a certain test is done. All medicines prescribed are explained. I had a bulldog with vicious seizures that slowly caused brain damage. Tender Care kept in close contact with me for progress of seizure meds. When we couldn't control seizures and brain damage took over, they let me know it was time to put Darby to sleep. They were patient with me as I said goodbye and helped me through this time. Together, we exhausted any and all treatment possible and for this I am grateful.
