I am writing this to help other senior citizens. They installed our central air unit in 2003 for 8800, boiler in 2016 for 4000, and new central air in 2016 for 5950. So you can say we were a regular customer who provided them much business. The central air unit they put in in 2016 has been nothing but problems. Last year they drained the freeon out of the copper tubing and recharged said missed air in pipe, then this year the same problem with them doing the same repair procedure. They did not go up in the attic where the blower and duct work are located. I did and called them as in one bend of the large duct pipe the air was gushing out and I could not believe it. I was told that this could have an effect on the efficiency of the unit and I said then using duct tape would be a good idea. I was told yes if I could do it. So this 60 some year old woman with osteoarthritis in my knee is up in the hot attic working diligently with a whole roll of duct tape to work on this junction. But only some of the air could be plugged not all of it.
I called them and asked them the warranty on their duct work and was told there was no warranty. Buyer beware as how could this junction leak cold air like this as all it does is sit on the floor in the attic. A new blower was put in in 2016 and that was work done upstairs. So I am writing this to warn others as I will be utilizing another company from this point on as their installation and customer assistance in having equipment issues resolved falls far short of what it should be for the cost that these type of services cost.
PLEAS READ TO HELP YOUSELF MAKE THE BEST CHOICE FOR YOURSELF. I am unhappy with their service of loyal customers.
