Provided by YP.comHe broke pipes under my home in doing the work. He tried to submit an insurance claim only to find out he was uninsured. I've had to hound him to refund what he was paid, which doesn't cover the cost of the damage he did. I've had to hound him. One of the checks bounced. It's been over a year since we signed an agreement for him to reimburse me; I've gotten half and haven't gotten a response in the last six months.
