Provided by YP.comOne of the worst experiences I have ever had in a Sprint store! Waited for 2 hours and left with no help. The store manager was supposed to contact me and never did. I also called back to get number for district manager and they left me on hold for 40 minutes.

Provided by YPmobileI went in to upgrade my phone. I waited two hours before being seen AND I scheduled an appointment. Everyone who didn't have appointments were seen before me. When I inquired about the situation, the staff was VERY rude! They quickly dismissed me and told me that I'd be called soon. A retail consultant named Joan was very sharp and rude concerning everything I needed. They were slow to provide service and worked with no sense of urgency.
