I used to be a big fan of petsmart in Valdosta, GA, however i refuse to give this PetsMart anymore business. My dog almost had a heart attack everytime I took her to the grooming salon. Something about the people and her did not mix!my fog can't talk, but get response said enough! It seems as though they are too busy to really take care of my dog in a loving way.

I personally chose not to take my dog here, however, good luck to everyone who does.

My dog was very clean and pretty when I picked her up today. I was disappointed that her nails were not ground down like the person said it would be. The person that gave me my dog said I hadn't paid for that feature. I foolishly listened to the person without having him write that he would grind her toe nails. Will take her back next week so they can. A little fast talking I think. I will give them a chance to make it right..
