If it was possible to give them 0 (zero) stars, I would. Comcast is crapcast. The customer service does. At the store, it is even worse. You'll have one individual in front of you and they will be talking about their sister's cousin for 30 min or more and you have to stand there and wait for ever for these ladies to get done talkin smack about others until finally they notice that the cracker in line is waiting to get helped. Unfortunetly there is not another store that actually has workers that give a crap about customer service. Having to roll out of your crib 30 miles one way to get a box that they gave u that does not work, its their fault. They should overnight the box along with a paid return shipping label. Let Comcast pay for the gas, oil the wear and tear on your vehicle. Crapcast was down and Superbowl 2015 was not able to be watched because of their poor equipment that is an outdated analog box. Streaming is the way to go so Netflix, Hulu, etc.. Here I come.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life, I was schedule for a tech to come out no one came and then they wanted me to wait until the following Friday to Reschedule, Why . Then I got on the phone and talked to seven seven I mean seven reps and no one could tell me anything. Really I need to take my business somewhere else. Then they ask me to pick up equirement from the store.
