I usually buy most of my car parts in this store but one thing that's really annoying is this guy Eddy.He is always frowning whenever hes talking to customers. He sounds funny and acts like he doesn't like his job. I guess he's there because he can speak fluent Spanish& English(of cause with a frown/gloomy face) He needs some "training" on that area of customer service. I hope he's not on something too! cause his face tells it all

Tried this place a few times and it's almost impossible to get them to help you. There are a lot of ladies who work in this Auto Zone who knows nothing about their job. I tried to get one of them to do a battery check for me and the young lady made me stand to the side for over 10 minutes before I decided I need to go elsewhere. She didn't want to do the test when I asked her to do it, I guess she might be afraid her nails might get dirty. I went to the Auto Zone in Forest Park and they hook me up asap.
