TERRIBLE SERVICE!! OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!
New employee with no customer service experience. Owner stereotypes customers.
When told actions were OFFENSIVE, owner states "I DON'T CARE". He told me to "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE HE DOES NOT CARE IF PEOPLE ARE OFFENDED.
It was only suggested that the new employee simply WAIT FOR CUSTOMER TO TELL HER WHAT THEY WANTED as opposed to "assuming " what customers want and grabbing items before they're asked for, assuming that a particular nationality /race only buys a particular brand or item based solely on nationality.
I WAS TOLD "I DONT CARE IF YOU'RE OFFENDED, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE".
I'LL NEVER PATRONIZE THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!!
