We needed an electrician to check and repair a track light in our kitchen (on a cathedral ceiling - about 18 feet off the floor). We found Eric's Electric via the BBB in Eastern NC. He promptly answered his call. We were able to schedule it for the next day. While he had to reschedule (due to a job taking longer than expected), he called us in advance and was able to make the next appointment. He was polite, friendly and fast. His rates are reasonable. We are very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to others.
