so annoyed with this place. got a hard drive replaced, got my computer back, and the scroll no longer works and i can't pull up the webcam. it's no where to be found on my computer after searching for an hour. realized about 5 minutes ago that they never even put the screws back in the bottom of the computer after replacing the hard drive. so it's now missing two screws, scroll doesn't work, and there's nowhere to even pull up my webcam. never again.

Right before we moved from Florida back to New Jersey I had my laptop docked. I was online and we experience a classic Tampa Bay lightning storm. One strike was so close that the whole room lit up. My laptop was plugged into a surge protector which was good but I had lost my internet connection. It turned out that the lightning had fried my Ethernet jack. We moved a couple days later and I was getting by OK with the jack in the USB port. I eventually found my way to NJ Laptop Repair one day for a slowness issue. While I was there I told the story of the lightning to the technician. He was able to repair the connection and get my computer up to speed while I waited. They have come to our offices on several occasions to remove viruses, unwanted hard to remove programs and many other issues. They are always professional and courteous. One day my PC locked up and I could not free it. They came out and had it back to normal in minutes.
