dr. pyo pretty much saved my life [i had a severe hip bone infection from a stage 4 bed sore] when i was on a verge of sepsis... he operated on me at the very last moment, on extremely short notice, when all other surgeons refused to... i'm a quadriplegic, a long time smoker and on medicare/medicaid... every surgeon i've seen declined the surgery because apparently smokers have a less than 30% chance of success following such a complicated procedure [the infected part of bone is amputated then the thigh muscle is wrapped/stapled or sewn around that space]... he called me barely a week after my visit and told me he wants me admitted and on the operating table within a couple of days... there were no post-op complications whatsoever, his work healed and is holding up beautifully... this was done in early july 2011 and it is now mid-may 2015... i'll always be grateful to dr. pyo, thanks to him i got a new lease on life when everyone else gave up on me... thank you so much doc...
