The owner of this business is very rude to everyone. She asks for cash but yells at you if you come to her house to pay her. She is not very good at managing the site and you need to keep all receipts or she will accuse you of not paying and kick you out by calling the police and giving you 15 minutes to pack up and leave. She is prone to violent verbal outburst and obviously has some mental illness.

Called this place for info on renting a medium sized unit because we have sold our house and are renting until we find a house. The woman who answered the phones is so rude and unprofessional. We went out to check out the unit and she is even sweeter in person. NOT. Also, it is not in Morris try Channon and its out in the wilderness! They will not insure your "stuff" but they'll sure take your money. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Use a real place. Not some make shift dump in the forrest.

I had a horrible experience placing a call to this company. The Woman that answered the phone was unplesant and very rude. I asked for a manager and she screamed "what are you selling?" Fact is i wasnt selling anything at all! I recommend NEVER doing business with this facility. Go to Public Storage! At least they treat people with a little respect.
